We all know how important it is to start as early as possible with a healthy lifestyle and applaud those who wish to exercise in a gym as part of this.

'14Plus' is an initiative whereby we are offering full Bardello memberships to those 14 years and older. We are also insisting that all 14 and 15 year olds attend two free of charge 30-minute fitness, exercise and nutrition consultation session during their first two weeks of joining to ensure that they get the most out of their membership.

There are a few terms and conditions for those 14 and 15 year-olds who join. These are aimed at ensuring their safety and the comfort of others. They are:

• They must have their parent's or gardian's permission to join and to train.
  
  
• They must pay using their parent's or gardian's card and bank details.
  
  
• They must attend two free of charge 30-minute fitness, exercise and nutrition consultation session during their first two weeks of membership.
  
  
• They must conduct themselves in a mature and adult manner with respect to all other gym users at all times.
  
  
• They must use Bardello to exercise. Bardello is not a youth or after school club.
  
  
• They must not train in groups of more than two. Gatherings of more than two are only permissible on the central dance floor when playing basketball, table-tennis or badminton.
  
  
• They must not hog nor use mobile phones whilst on equipment.
  
  
• They must immediately follow the instructions of the duty manager when requested.
