Sessions FREE OF CHARGE to all Bardello members.


Abs Blast - 25 mins session that focuses on strengthening and toning your stomach muscles.

Body Attack™ - 45 mins cardio session based on athletic moves such as running, lunging and jumping.

Body Combat™ - 50 mins cardio session based on martial arts moves.

Body Conditioning - 50 mins group-based session involving high energy moves focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness.

Body Pump™ - 60 mins group-based barbell session to work all the major muscle groups. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that you have time to collect your equipment. Places are issued on a first-come-first-served basis with a class limit of 35.

Fitness Yoga - 50 mins of dynamic stretch, strength and Yoga postures.

HIIT™ (High Intensity Interval Training) - 25 mins session that is an all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise.

Induction - 60 mins session that introduces you to health, fitness and exercise together with the safe usage of the gym equipment. You may attend as many times as you like. Please book these sessions on-line, in advance during the week but not on the day. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that you have time to tick your name off the attendee list.

JAZZLE™ - 50 mins cardio session to mainly chart and pop tunes.

Legs, Bums & Tums - 45 mins of conditioning exercises targeting the lower body and Abs.

MEGAMIX™ - 50 mins cardio session with a complete mix of chart, pop and Latin tunes.

PILATES™ - 50 mins session that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that you have time to collect your equipment.

PILOXING® Express/Knockout - 25 mins cardio session based on standing pilates, boxing and dance.

Stretch & Tone - 30 mins of low impact total body exercises together with stretches that improve flexibility.

ZUMBA Fitness® - 50 mins cardio session to mainly Latin tunes.
