These activities are available any time the floor is free, advance bookings take priority and are not available whilst classes are in progress.

  • Booking slots are one hour in length, starting on the hour.
  • No more than one hour per person per day may be booked in advance.
  • Bookings may be made up to one week in advance.

Basketballs, badminton racquets and shuttles available for loan free-of-charge. Please leave car or house keys as deposit with Duty Manager.

Badminton - Hone your skills on court. Please see the Duty Manager first, bookings take priority. Raquets and shuttles available for loan with keys as deposit from Duty Manager.

Basketball - Dribble, pass and shoot practice for up to five players at a time. Please see the Duty Manager first, bookings take priority. Basketball available for loan with keys as deposit from Duty Manager.

For your enjoyment and that of your fellow members, please can you follow these rules when playing basketball:

  • Don’t let your play interfere with those exercising around the perimeter of the court.
  • No more than six players on court at one time.
  • No more than one basketball on court at one time.
  • Only shoot from within the yellow box free throw area.
  • Dribble, pass and block from the remainder of the floor.
  • When shooting, aim only at the basket.
  • Do not let your throw hit the lights or the ceiling fabric.
  • No climbing on the basketball or lighting trusses and do not enter the stage or DJ booth area.
  • One hour maximum play time.
Bardello Attack - 45 mins cardio session based on athletic moves such as running, lunging and jumping.

Bardello Combat - 50 mins cardio session based on martial arts moves.

Bardello Pump - 60/50 mins group-based barbell session to work all the major muscle groups. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that you have time to collect your equipment. Places are issued on a first-come-first-served basis with a class limit of 35.

Dance Practice - A chance to use one of the best dance floors in the Midlands. Please see the Duty Manager first, bookings take priority. You will need to bring your own music and headphones.

Fitness Yoga - 50 mins of dynamic stretch, strength and Yoga postures.

HIIT™ (High Intensity Interval Training) - 25 mins session that is an all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise.

JAZZLE™ - 50 mins cardio session to mainly chart and pop tunes.

Legs, Bums & Tums - 45 mins of conditioning exercises targeting the lower body and Abs.

MEGAMIX™ - 50 mins cardio session with a complete mix of chart, pop and Latin tunes.

PILATES™ - 50 mins session that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that you have time to collect your equipment.

PILOXING® Express/Knockout - 50 mins cardio session based on standing pilates, boxing and dance.

STRONG Nation - 25 mins cardio session: STRONG by Zumba® combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. This is NOT a dance class!

Table Tennis - Improve your prowess at the table. Please see the Duty Manager first, bookings take priority. Bats and balls available for loan with keys as deposit from Duty Manager.

ZUMBA Fitness® - 50 mins cardio session to mainly Latin tunes.
